This page explains how we comply with the DPDP Act and how you can exercise your rights as a data principal.

Scope and Applicability

The DPDP Act applies to the processing of digital personal data within India, and also to processing outside India if it relates to Indian data principals. • Right to grievance redressal if you believe your rights have been violated
  • Right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity

How We Comply

We comply with the DPDP Act by:

  • Collecting only essential data necessary for website functionality and analytics
  • Not storing personal data in identifiable databases
  • Using cookies and analytics tools that anonymize or pseudonymize data where possible

This data is processed solely for website performance, user experience improvement, and statistical analysis. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifiers unless voluntarily provided through a contact form.

Legal Basis for Processing

Our processing of digital personal data is based on legitimate interest under the DPDP Act, specifically to ensure the proper functioning of our informational website and to improve educational content delivery. We do not rely on consent for this processing, as it is not required for legitimate interest under Section 6(1) of the DPDP Act.

No Discrimination Policy

We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights under the DPDP Act. Your rights are protected and respected without penalty or disadvantage.
