Scope and Applicability
The DPDP Act applies to the processing of digital personal data within India, and also to processing outside India if it relates to Indian data principals. Karma Educator Hub collects minimal digital personal data only through automated means such as website analytics, cookies, and server logs. We do not maintain any user registration system, database of personal information, or collect sensitive personal data.
Your Rights Under the DPDP Act
As a data principal, you have the following rights under the DPDP Act:

Legal Basis for Processing
Our processing of digital personal data is based on legitimate interest under the DPDP Act, specifically to ensure the proper functioning of our informational website and to improve educational content delivery. We do not rely on consent for this processing, as it is not required for legitimate interest under Section 6(1) of the DPDP Act.
How to Exercise Your Rights

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond fully within 30 days.
Response Timeframes
Under the DPDP Act, we are required to respond to your requests within 30 days of receipt. We aim to respond sooner whenever possible. If we require additional time, we will notify you with reasons for the delay.
No Discrimination Policy
We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights under the DPDP Act. Your rights are protected and respected without penalty or disadvantage.
Updates and Changes
We may update this DPDP Compliance page periodically to reflect changes in law or our practices. The most recent version will always be posted here with an updated effective date. You will be notified of material changes via a notice on our website.
